Baptism; Corporate Churches; Et Cetera

Good Evening Corey, hopefully I am posting a question in the correct part of this forum in regards to your AAC weekly.

Is there a morally permissible means that permits the head of the household (man) to administer baptism to those that God has entrusted in his care?

I confess that I am likely standing in the way of God’s free gift and that is not which I want to do; I’d rather receive His free gifts and return thanks in His church. Part being, I am hesitant to bring my family into a congregation that is part of a corporation that is demonstrably led by an apostate.

I thank you in advance for your time in considering my question . If I have missed this in prior context of SC episodes or in other matters you have addressed then I am sorry.

Thank you very much for your time and your faithful exegesis on Scripture.
