- I’d love to hear a good rebuttal to the pastors that throw around Mt 5:38-42 in reference to Christians using force to resolve an issue and how it contrasts with Luke 22:36-38. I’m sure SC talks about this External Image.

I know of wicked men and groups performing such a task from the opposite of a Biblical viewpoint who will make such statements mandatory in our denominations soon if they aren’t already.
Would such an official document/confession be appropriate for our guys and side to make, and if so, who do you think those men should be? - What books do you recommend for an accurate history of the reformation not tainted with RC bias?

- It seems clear that we have been under increasing judgment as a nation since at least the 30s, probably more like 1900-1913. Do you have an opinion as to what sin, or collection of sins, initially brought it about? Letting ‘them’ in?
- In the alternative: .45acp, .40S&W, or 9mm?
- From which denoms’ churches in the USA may a confessional Lutheran accept communion these days? (LCMS churches are hard to come by in some regions. An Anglican church I visited declared in their bulletin that those who believe in Real Presence were welcome to commune.)
- In various episodes you and woe touched on levitical punishments being strong suggestions, but not strictly necessary. I assume however that there is of course no good argument for not simply following them in principle. (bullets replace stones) Thoughts?
- Follow up to that is why shouldn’t we just execute all adulterers; is the justification given by God for the execution of murderers enough to put it above the equal-in-law/on-paper punishments of adultery and sodomy? (Thoughts on total adulterer death?)
