This is a list of future topics/questions that are not present in the Requests category. This exists 1) for my convenience and 2) so those who have asked questions elsewhere can verify that I noticed them. If your question is not here, please create a request.

  • In various episodes you and woe touched on levitical punishments being strong suggestions, but not strictly necessary. I assume however that there is of course no good argument for not simply following them in principle. (bullets replace stones) Thoughts?
    • Follow up to that is why shouldn’t we just execute all adulterers; is the justification given by God for the execution of murderers enough to put it above the equal-in-law/on-paper punishments of adultery and sodomy? (Thoughts on total adulterer death?)

1/2 recently found out Luther held the belief that Mary was sinless. Growing up high church Lutheran (or so I thought, family left ELCA in '99 for CLB),
2/2 I assumed anything more than acknowledging her as a virgin and the mother of Christ to be RC-esque idolatry in nature. I don’t know what the implication of Mary being sinful or sinless would be
