How do you put on the whole armor of God?
Ephesians 6:13-18 lists:
Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Spirit, which is the word of God.
This echoes Psalm 51:
A clean heart, a right spirit, not cast from God’s presence, not having His spirit taken from, the joy of His salvation, and established with His Spirit.
Truth echoes a clean heart, as a heart is defiled by slander, and without slander, is not only truth left? A good and honest heart brings fruit in the parable of the sower.
Faith echoes not having God’s spirit taken away, because if God is with us, we shall not fear.
When the The Word of God, which is the Sword of the Spirit establishes us we, as the true Israel, hear the Lord our God is one, and we love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and we love our neighbor as ourself.
By praying and believing we received Psalm 51 are we also putting on the whole armor of God?

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. [14] Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, [15] and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. [16] In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; [17] and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, [18] praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,

Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. [30] And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ [31] The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
