Would you be opposed to regionally specific vestments for pastors that incorporate the local flora and fauna?

As an example, using the White Hibiscus to decorate the pastor’s stole for Easter and All Saints’ Day but only in Hawaii or an evergreen tree motif for the Season of Pentecost in Appalachia?
