Septuagint and Small Catechism, Ninth and Tenth Commandments

As Lutherans, how do we deal with the difference between the Septuagint and the Small Catechism with regard to the Ninth and Tenth Commandments?

Also, I believe the order of commandments 5, 6, and 7 are different in the Septuagint…..not sure if this difference in order changes how we view the importance (e.g., hierarchy) of the commandments.
