Denying The Realities of Race - Church Discussion

A class that is hosted by our church is using Ken Magnuson’s book on ethics. After flipping through the book, I was deeply disturbed about the section on race. He writes “We should make racism within the church a matter of church discipline.” And he drones on about how the Church ought to pursue diversity and appoint minorities into positions of leadership and influence etc. One of our elders is leading this class, so I assume they’re okay with this new world religion filth. Could you please elaborate on racism in The Old Testament/how to dismantle “racism is a sin”?
